1. Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share in the Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions.

2. Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities, establish partnerships, and build a strong network within the coatings industry.

3. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, competitors, and opportunities in the target regions.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

5. Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.

任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

2. Proven experience in market expansion and business development within the coatings industry.

3. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

4. Strong understanding of the cultural and business dynamics in the Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel extensively within the designated regions.

2. 负责策划和执行海外市场的内容营销活动，包括但不限于营销物料、社交媒体、官网等；

3. 协调与国际媒体的关系，负责公司在海外的媒体曝光和报道；

4. 管理公司参展活动/奖项/比赛等，多维度提升对品牌认知度的积极影响及业务转化；

5. 优化数字营销策略，包括但不限于SEO/SEM/EDM等，提高公司在目标市场的在线可见性和用户互动；

6. 分析并报告品牌传播活动的效果和成效，根据数据优化和调整策略。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历；

2. 两年以上香港市场、全球化传播经验，有一定的媒体和BD资源储备；

3. 优秀的英语沟通能力（口语和书面），有海外长期学习及生活经验者优先；

4. 熟悉全球化营销策略、数字营销、社交媒体和内容管理；

5. 具备传播思维及内容敏感度，关注行业动态及前沿趋势；

6. 具备良好的跨文化沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
